Making Our Custom PS5 Controllers We want to make sure that all our controllers work to the highest standard, so that you can play without any issues interfering with your gameplay. We only use completely genuine brand-new PS5 controllers in the creation of our customised PS5 controllers. Once a controller has been assembled, we then put it through our quality control test. This test is made up of 20 different steps, each examine every part and feature of the controller. No controller is sent out until it passes this test.
