Gnocchi

Gnocchi, a moreish variety of pasta. Small soft dough dumplings containing potato and a delicious herby flavouring. A nice little addition to your plate, add some sauce for a lunchtime snack or serve on the side of any main meal. Quick to cook, simply fry in a pan with hot butter for around 5 minutes until golden brown.
